Eaton Square Project
Our client bought the top two apartments in one of the best addresses in London and carried out a lateral conversion to create a wonderful bright and airy home with outside terrace. The layout was designed by Eugene Hanniffy from Garnham Wright Architects to ensure the seamless transition from two flats to one.
The existing floors were lifted, levelled and acoustic separation installed to avoid noise transference to the apartment below once the finished Oak floor is fitted. The property was completely rewired and a new mechanical system installed. A new lighting scheme and audio visual system was designed to befit a property of this stature.
A stunning master suite was designed including a dressing room with a range of bespoke hand painted wardrobes, storage/TV cabinetry in the master bedroom and a timber panelled bathroom with natural stone shower and floor.
A handmade/painted kitchen was installed and a stunning Oak panelled library and family room with Oak bookshelves was designed by the architect and made by our joiners.
The apartment was decorated to our usual high standard with beautiful silk De Gournay wallpaper to the drawing room and entrance hall walls. The decoration scheme along with the furniture and fittings were chosen by the well renowned interior designer Adam Bray.
